Anomalie is a custom wedding dress online shop. Using a combination of a robust DressBuilder platform along with the service of a Design Consultant you can choose from combinations of styles to visualize your dress before sending to production.
We needed to improve the preview state experience that brides see before payment by showcasing the full flexibility of the dress design process. Adding the customization options usually only seen by stylists would also minimize the need for them to do individual outreach to each potential client.
We implemented a modular system that can be adjusted based on customer state in the process and available options. The preview phase gives potential clients customization options to fully experience the styles available.
Once committed to a custom wedding dress, future brides will take a hybrid approach of using online tools and collaborating with one of our stylists.
